Returns & Exchange Policy

We care for your personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or a defective product, please write to us at support@mysanity.com within 3 working days of the receipt of the goods and our customer support team will address your concerns at the earliest.

Upon receipt of the request, we will examine it and notify you within a reasonable time.

 

Cancellation Policy
